Shipping Information: 

USPS and UPS are still experiencing major delays in shipping and are no longer guaranteeing delivery by estimated day. Due to this all estimated delivery dates are estimations, and cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Please use the tracking code provided in your order confirmation email to track your packages. If you are experiencing above-average delays for a previously placed order, please first contact the shipping company, as they can help you best to locate your package.

If they are unable to offer any assistance please contact us so we can investigate the situation further to help with a resolution.

Shipping Policy

All orders under $85 are subject to a flat-rate, subsidized fee of $7. Orders over $85 will be awarded free shipping within the contiguous US. The contiguous United States is defined as the 48 adjoining states within the continent of North America. 

All shipping is sent via ground using USPS or UPS. Free ground shipping is an available option at checkout if your order qualifies. Please allow (on average) 5-7 business days to receive your order within the contiguous United States. 

We ship to all 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam as well as APO/FPO Military Addresses. These outlying areas may incur additional shipping charges and may take longer to arrive.

Fish4Dogs reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time without notice.

*Please note - orders placed on or before 1PM M-F will usually be shipped same-day. Orders placed after 1PM will be shipped the following business day. Standard major US holiday exemptions apply. Our offices do not currently operate on weekends, any orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

When Will I Get My Delivery?

Domestic Shipping
We work hard to deliver your Fish4Dogs order as quickly as possible. We ship all orders from our Memphis, Tennessee location. Most customers receive their order within 5-7 business days of placing the order. The closer your location is to TN the higher the likelihood you will receive your order a few days sooner. You will receive tracking details in an email and this can be used to track your order.

Non-Contiguous US

Non-contiguous US includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or any outlying islands. Shipments to outlying areas will incur a flat-rate, subsidized shipping fee of $10 outside of the contiguous United States. Orders sent to the non-contiguous US are not subject to free shipping. 

When shipping to non-contiguous United States please allow longer processing time due to location and/or customs processing. 

Free Shipping Offers not available to Non-Contiguous orders at this time unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping

We are sorry, at this time we are unable to ship outside of the USA.

Do I Need to Sign For My Package?

If you’re not home, the driver will leave the package at your door or with your door man.

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, due to international customs regulations that we were unaware of, we are no longer able to ship to Canada. We do not currently have a timeline as to when or if we will be able to do so in the future at this time.

Do you ship to other International countries?

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship to the 50 US states, and some outlying US Territories at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address before placing your order to expedite the shipping process and to avoid any potential delays with your package. We want you to get your products as fast as possible!

We are only able to process returns and/or refunds orders purchased through If you have placed an order through one of our retail partners, please contact the company from which the order was originally placed.

Please note that any requests must be made within 30 days of the original order delivery date, shown on your order tracking confirmation from one of our shipping carriers.

For exchanges, a return label will be issued by email. Once we are able to verify that the exchange items have been received, replacement items will be shipped as soon as possible and should arrive within 5-7 business days within the Contiguous USA. Please allow longer processing time outside of the Contiguous United States. 

No Quibble Kibble Guarantee

We offer a one-time 100% money-back guarantee on 3.3lb bags of kibble for new customers. If you are unhappy with our kibble for any reason, we will promptly refund the cost of your opened 3.3lb bag of kibble. We are unable to return opened bags of product to our facility. After receiving your refund, you are free to donate or discard the remaining product as you see fit. Any unopened bags must be returned, received, and verified by our warehouse as outlined in our return policy prior to finalizing your refund.

Guarantee only applies to opened 3.3lb bags of kibble and is not available for larger bag sizes. All open 13.2lb, 26.5lb, and 33lb bags of kibble are not eligible for return or refund, please order responsibly.

When ordering for the first time, we understand that you may be unsure how your dog will take to the taste of fish. We encourage first-time purchasers to place a small trial order before purchasing larger quantities. 

Return Policy

To qualify for return all items must be unopened and fully in-tact. To start a return please email us at Any opened items (outside of our No Quibble Kibble Guarantee) cannot be returned or refunded. Fish4Dogs reserves the right to deduct a 15% processing & handling fee from your refund for any return.

Return Process:

Once we verify the items that are being returned, we will issue you a return label by email. Secure this label on your package and drop it off to the carrier designated by the label (generally either UPS or USPS). Once we receive your items at our facility, we will verify receipt and inspect the product. Once all items have been received and verified, we will issue the refund back to the card used for the original purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the money back to your account. If you do not receive your refund within that timeframe, please contact your financial institution. If any issues still exist please contact our customer service team to open an investigation.

Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

Orders placed before 1pm Eastern Time are generally processed on the same business day. All shipments are picked up at 3pm EST weekdays. Any order that has been canceled prior to shipment will be refunded 100% no questions asked.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund in addition to the deduction for the cost of shipping. We are unable to accept returns for opened items, and can only process refunds after all unopened items have been returned, received at our warehouse, and inspected. Refunds can take up to 10 business days after processing to be received in your bank account.
