We have received periodic feedback that our shipping carriers may be experiencing occasional delays. If your order seems to be taking longer than usual, please check the tracking link provided in your shipment notification email for an estimate on its arrival date. We encourage you to reach out to the carrier directly if for specific details. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

As pet food is classed as an essential industry, our online shop is open as usual. Our warehouse, web team, customer service team, and couriers are working hard to ensure your orders reach you as normal.

You can continue to order your Fish4Dogs food and treats through our website. Please order responsibly.

In these unusual and challenging times, we just wanted to let you know we are still open for business and working hard for all our customers, while doing our best to keep our staff and their families safe.

We have introduced the necessary additional measures to protect our staff – using remote working as much as we can and rotating minimal staff at our PA site to ensure maximum social distancing while packing and dispatching orders.

For most of our products, we have a dual source of supply, designed especially to mitigate supply risks. All suppliers work to the highest standards and to the same product specification, our aim is keeping our supply chain as close to ‘business as usual’ as we can.

Due to high demand and importation delays beyond our control, we are temporarily out of stock on a few items, but rest assured that our stock is on the way and this is expected to be resolved shortly. For out of stock food items we may temporarily fulfill orders with smaller bags of the same product to meet the same volume and weight. We are happily subsidizing the pricing difference between packaging to be in your favor. Please email info@fish4dogsus.com if you need any assistance with substitution.

Our customer service team is working remotely and trying to answer the phones as quickly as they can.  Our website is working well so please also consider this as an option if you are experiencing a delay getting through to us in person.

As you might expect we are receiving a higher than average number of orders – please be assured that we are working as quickly as we can to get your orders out via our couriers.
